How do I find out what color I can paint my house? Where can I view the paint colors?
You can view the paint schemes for you area at the SAMLARC Business Office, 22342A Avenida Empresa, Suite 102A RSM or at the Beach Club. Look up your village (i.e. Golf Course, Eastlake, the Heights, etc.) in the SAMLARC Street List and go to the corresponding Color Scheme Reference Book to find the selected color schemes to choose from your area.
NOTE: If you are going to change any of the colors on your home, you must submit to the SAMLARC Architectural Review Committee for approval prior to painting (see Architectural Information for more details).
