How do I register for my SAMLARC Gate Access Cards? How do I become a member?
Registration for a SAMLARC Gate Access Card takes place at the Beach Club Office. Office hours are between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, seven days a week. You are required to bring a copy of your Grant Deed or closing Escrow Statement, fill out a card application form and show proper picture identification. As a new homeowner, the first two SAMLARC Gate Access Cards are complimentary. If a card is lost or transferred to another name, within the same household, a $50 non-refundable replacement fee will be charged. As a homeowner in SAMLARC, which is in the City of Rancho Santa Margarita, you will automatically become a member. Your membership assessment payment has a two-fold affect. It allows you and your family the use of all community facilities, as well as contributes towards its maintenance.
