How much does it cost to rent the Fiesta Room? How do I go about renting it? Can I rent the Fiesta Room for more than six hours and pay extra?
The Fiesta Room may be rented between 8:00 am - 12:00 am 7 days a week excluding holidays. Residents may reserve the room for a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 6 hours at the following rates:
$25 per hour fee without Alcohol
$50 per hour fee with Alcohol
Fiesta Room reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance. It is recommended that you call the Beach Club well in advance of the desired date to check on availability or check here. The Fiesta Room cannot be reserved on Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day.
A $300 refundable deposit check is required to make a Fiesta Room reservation. The deposit check is made payable to SAMLARC and is held in case damage occurs during the event. The deposit is refunded once the room has been checked for damages and/or policy violations. You will be required to complete a rental application and present your SAMLARC Gate Access Card as identification.
