Why can't my child use water rings/floaties in the pool?
Consistent with the state of California and SAMLARC policy, Coast Guard approved life vests are the only type of floatation equipment allowed at the water facility, as they are the only type of floatation equipment deemed safe for children. No other type of floatation device has this safety rating by the U.S. Coast Guard.
