To keep the SAMLARC community current, while maintaining property values, the Board of Directors established a program to update the residential paint palettes. The final result is a blend of new and existing schemes that are consistent with similar communities in Southern California and Orange County. The process was extensive and included a review period for comment by the membership and sub-maintenance corporation Boards of Directors.

After careful consideration of all comments received by the SAMLARC membership, the Board of Directors adopted the 2008 Updated Residential Village Paint Program, at their regular meeting Tuesday, June 10, 2008. These new color schemes are available to view online, as well as the Beach Club, the Altisima Park and the local Dunn Edwards Paint store.

SAMLARC members are subject to the requirements of the CC&Rs.
No emailed or faxed submittals will be excepted; Hard color copies only.
Homeowners must obtain approval from their sub-maintenance corporation first (if applicable) and then the SAMLARC Architectural Review Committee, prior to beginning any painting project.

1. To find the designated Color Scheme Reference Binder for your neighborhood, check the SAMLARC Street List for your street name.
