Live For Health Outdoor Fitness is a weekly group outdoor fitness class designed to challenge every fitness level! If you are just starting to get back into shape, or you are a cardio queen, you are sure to be pushed, encouraged, and motivated each time! Classes consist of partner drills, medicine balls, resistance bands, core strength, balance and a different workout each time! This is NOT a boot camp: safety is first and foremost. Classes are every Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:00am-10:00am in Central Park and your first class is FREE! After your free class, come join us for $11.00 per class or $10.00 for a punchcard of 3 or more classes. Melisa Stoner Biography
I have always been a gym and fitness enthusiast. After years of participating in classes and observing different styles of instruction, I decided that it was time to create my own style. In 2005 I obtained my certification in Group Fitness through AFAA. Each year, I continue to further my education by attending fitness seminars. I am able to experience many new challenging workouts, learn new exercises and stay on top of the latest training techniques.
I tend to favor challenging workouts consisting of both high intensity sports and plyometrics. My focus is on proper form and safety rather than pushing you to an unsafe level.
Along with my passion of kickboxing, you will find that the classes I lead are never boring! I try to bring fitness to a new level for everyone. We are here to have fun, work hard, play hard and improve your fitness!
My goals for you:
1. Help improve balance
2. Increase and challenge personal cardio levels
3. Strengthen and tone muscles
4. Build a stronger and healthier body, mind and spirit
