Outdoor Wellness Women’s Club
This class meets every woman’s needs for fat loss, health and life balance. This small group training is group is perfect for women on the go, who can’t waste hours on the treadmill. This is an exercise class for SAMLARC members ages 18 and above. The classes will focus on boosting strength, coordination, balance, raise metabolism and improve posture. This women’s club is formatted to meet each participants needs. You can choose whether to train 2, 3, or 4 times per week.
Date: Monday and Wednesday (Lakeshore) 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.
Friday and Saturday (Central Park) 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Cost: $120 for 8 sessions
