To keep the SAMLARC Community current, while maintaining property values, the Board of Directors established a program to update the residential paint palettes. The final result is a blend of new and existing schemes that are consistent with similar communities in Southern California and Orange County. The process was extensive and included a review period for comment by the membership and sub-maintenance corporation Board of Directors.
After careful consideration of all comments received by the SAMLARC Membership, the Board of Directors adopted the 2018 Updated Residential Village Paint Program, at their regular meeting held Tuesday, April 24, 2018. These new color schemes are available to view online, at the Beach Club, in the SAMLARC Business Office and at the local Dunn Edwards Paint store.
SAMLARC Members are subject to the requirements of the CC&R's.
No faxed submittals will be accepted; Hard color copies or emailed copies only. Homeowners must obtain approval from their sub-maintenance corporation first (if applicable) and then the SAMLARC Architectural Review Committee, prior to beginning any painting project.
