This informational hour will cover topics such as amenities access, architectural submittals, events, and more! A light breakfast will be hosted for attendees.

Halloween Family Festival

Enjoy Spooktacular fun at this year’s Halloween Family Festival! This festive Halloween event offers families an afternoon to trick-or-treat, play, show off costumes, and have fun in a safe and welcoming environment. The Halloween Family Festival is held in partnership with the City of RSM and the RSM Chamber of Commerce. Entrance to the Festival is complimentary.

SAMLARC Homeowner Landscape Planning Workshop

Looking to spruce up your garden? Want to learn how to incorporate SAMLARC’s Mediterranean aesthetic into your yard? Join us at the Lago Santa Margarita Beach Club for an educational workshop, featuring industry experts and professionals. A light breakfast will be included for all attendees.

Future Gardeners of SAMLARC

Do you have a little one with a green thumb? Join us at the Beach Club for a fun and educational workshop, where children will learn how to attract birds to the garden. Attendees will make a pinecone birdfeeder to bring home and enjoy. A light breakfast will be served for attendees.
