Assessment Platform Service Disruption: April 2022


A small number of Members may have been informed by their financial institutions that their April SAMLARC assessment has been not processed. This issue (due to a platform upgrade by the service provider) has been corrected and affected homeowners have been notified. Impacted homeowners will need to resubmit their April payments for processing: SAMLARC will exempt April late fees for impacted homeowners. We apologize for the disruption in service and appreciate your patience.
