Gentle Yoga

Looking for a kind, deep, and safe form of yoga? Gentle Yoga may be a match for you! Designed for both beginner and intermediate students, Gentle Yoga focuses on flexibility, balance, range of motion, and combining breath with movement. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome!

Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. or Mondays at 5:30 p.m.


Soccer Shots Youth Soccer

Soccer Shots introduces young children to the joys of soccer! With a dedicated team of coaches, Soccer Shots’ age-appropriate curriculum combines best-in-class coaching, fun games, songs, and positive reinforcement to create a fun experience for both children and parents.

Sweet Spot Tennis

Take your tennis game to the next level while meeting new friends! Sweet Spot Tennis classes focus on footwork, fitness and calorie burn. A small player-to-coach ratio also means that you can improve your stroke production, shot selection, and court positioning skills – all while upholding Sweet Spot’s motto – Work Hard, Have Fun, and Get Better!
