As a member of SAMLARC you are entitled to a SAMLARC Gate Access ID Card, (one (1) card per person-2 cards per address) which allows access to the 13 Community Facilities including the Lagoon at the Lago Santa Margarita Beach Club.

Your SAMLARC Gate Access ID Card will open the main gate at the Beach Club and pool gates at Altisima, Arroyo Vista, Monte Vista and Solana Parks. In addition your card will open tennis court gates and park restrooms.

The SAMLARC Gate Access ID Card may only be used by the registered resident/tenant of the household to which it was assigned. (Allowing other family members/friends to utilize your card without your presence is not permitted.) Guest are permitted to enter SAMLARC facilities ONLY when accompanied by a member. A maximum of FIVE (5) guests per household, per day, are allowed to use these facilities at any one time.

Card registration is conducted at the Beach Club office. Tenant, 2nd cards and replacement cards can also be obtained at this office. You must be present to obtain your Gate Access ID Card.

REMINDER: A $50.00 fee is charged for the replacement of lost or stolen cards. Please be sure to report any lost, or found cards to the Beach Club office immediately.
