Jesmody Fitness

Find out all that your body can do! Jesmody Fitness helps people with a variety of fitness needs achieve their goals! With a range of programs (strength training, cardio, recovery,  mommy & me, and dance) there’s sure to be a class you love!

Please bring a towel or yoga mat, water or beverage, snacks to stay hydrated and fueled through your workout. 

Make sure to wear proper fitness and shoe attire as all classes are on the grass.

  • All Classes begin May 5 - December 30 at Altisima Park
  • Core and Cardio || 1st and 3rd Sunday || 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Dance Fitness || 1st and 3rd Sunday || 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
  • Strength Training || 1st and 3rd Monday || 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
  • Mommy and Me || 1st and 3rd Monday || 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Stretch and Recovery || 1st and 3rd Monday || 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
