Serving on a Committee provides the opportunity to use your skills and expertise to help preserve property values and enrich the lives of all who live in SAMLARC! Consistent with the Board's vision statement value, each Committee serves a specific purpose in maintaining property values by: enhancing the aesthetic quality of the SAMLARC Community, improving and maintaining the various amenities, connecting our beautiful Community through the enrichment of events, and more! Architectural Review Committee
Completes fair and consistent aesthetic reviews of exterior improvements or modifications and ensures that improvements adhere to governing documents.
Reviews all Architectural Standards, Policies and Guidelines and CC&R infractions, then passes consistent and fair rulings in accordance with the adopted Architectural Standards and Enforcement Guidelines and the governing documents of the Corporation.
Under direction of the Board of Directors, provides input and recommendations as it relates to: SAMLARC.org, Rancho Life, Social Media, additional projects as assigned.
Community Lifestyle Committee
Under direction of the Board of Directors, provides input and recommendations as it relates to: Community Lifestyle Events, Recreation Programs, Sponsorship Opportunities, Volunteer Programs, additional projects as assigned.
Lago Santa Margarita Committee
Under the direction of the Board of Directors, to provide input and recommendations related to Lago Santa Margarita in an effort to actively manage and sustain a thriving lake ecosystem. Objectives include but are not limited to: Chemical treatment of the lake water, natural, non-chemical treatment of the lake water, working with service providers on treatment/management options, collaborate with other lake entity’s in the area for support and to recommend capital improvement solutions
