Annual SAMLARC Member Documents Available Now

SAMLARC provides key documents to the Membership each year with important information regarding the Corporation’s finances, standard policies, and guidelines. These documents are now available in the Resident Portal and include: 

  • Annual Budget Report: Pro forma budget, summary of reserves, summary of insurance, and other information per Civil Code §5300 

  • Annual Policy Statement: Statements, notices, collection, discipline, dispute resolution, and other information per Civil Code §5310 

  • Proposed Revisions to the Architectural Standards and Policies & Guidelines per Civil Code §4360(a). Written comments on these documents must be received by 5 PM on January 15, 2024. Verbal comments will also be accepted at the January 23, 2024 Board Meeting.
