SAMLARC is seeking enthusiastic Member volunteers to serve on the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and the Covenant Committee: two groups that support the beauty and character of our community.
The Architectural Review Committee meets twice per month for approximately one hour. ARC volunteers review architectural applications and help ensure that home improvement projects align with SAMLARC’s cohesive design standards.
The Covenant Committee meets once per month for about one hour and focuses on upholding community guidelines with fairness and consistency. Committee members help maintain the harmony and well‑kept appearance that make Rancho Santa Margarita a high-value community.
These Committees are a great fit for Members looking to collaborate and positively impact the neighborhood. Volunteers must be SAMLARC Members in good standing. Learn more here.
