The SAMLARC Board of Directors meets monthly to discuss and take action on activities related to the Association’s business and operations. However, recent declarations from the State of California, as well as precautions from the Center for Disease Control, have made the physical assembly of the Board unfeasible while practicing proper social distancing measures.
Therefore, in order to protect public health while supporting SAMLARC’s operations, the Board of Directors will hold a virtual Board Meeting on March 24, 2020. A virtual Meeting is permitted by SAMLARC's provided that a quorum of Board Members are able to facilitate the functions of the meeting.
Board President Robert Dickson will facilitate the March 24, 2020 Board of Directors Meeting. The Open Session Meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. The Meeting is anticipated to be facilitated through Zoom, an online videoconferencing platform. The live, online meeting will be made available at SAMLARC.org. Due to the heightened auditory sensitivity for this Meeting, it will be held at the SAMLARC Business Office, located at:

Members who wish to bring items to the attention of the Board of Directors may do so by providing comments in writing to Candice Fullenkamp, Community Executive Officer, at email@example.com. These comments will be read by President Dickson during the Homeowners Forum portion of the Meeting. Comments will also be received during the Homeowners Forum portion of the Meeting, through the Zoom platform.
