Project Updates

The specific and primary purpose of SAMLARC is to provide community services and facilities for the benefit of homeowners within the community and preserve the value, desirability, and attractiveness of all properties within SAMLARC. To support this purpose, SAMLARC conducts projects throughout the year to protect the longevity, safety, and aesthetics of the community's assets.

Parking Lot Maintenance & Seal Coating

September 8, 2020 - October 21, 2020

Locations: Altisima, Arroyo Vista, Beach Club, Lakeshore, Cielo Vista, Cañada Vista, Central Park, Monte Vista, Vista Verde Parking Lots ​

 

SAMLARC professional service providers will be conducting scheduled maintenance and repairs at nine (9) SAMLARC parking lots. These projects are necessary to maintain the longevity of the parking lots as well as enhancing the community. Individual parking lots will be closed for approximately one (1) day as the lots are serviced.

 

Schedule (barring unforeseen delays)

Phase 1: Concrete Repairs - September 8-13, 2020

Complete: All Lots are Open

All parks will be closed starting at 7am on the date scheduled. 

  • September 8-9: Altisima & Cielo Vista lots partially closed

  • September 8-13: Arroyo Vista lot fully closed

Phase 2: Asphalt Demolition/Grinding/Patchback/Overlay - September 21-25, 2020

All parks will be closed starting at 7am on the date scheduled. 

  • September 21-24: Altisima (fully closed)

  • September 21-25: Cielo Vista (fully closed)

  • September 22-24: Arroyo Vista (fully closed)

  • September 22-25: North Lakeshore (amphitheater) (fully closed)

 

Phase 3: Asphalt Seal Coating - October 19-21, 2020

All parks will be closed starting at 7am on the date scheduled. Residents will not have access to the parking lot for 24 hours. Parking lots will open at 7am the following day. 

  • October 19: Altisima, Central, Vista Verde

  • October 20: North Lakeshore, Beach Club, Monte Vista, Cielo Vista

  • October 21: Cañada Vista, Arroyo Vista
