Assessment Mailing Address Information


As Members of a Homeowners Association, SAMLARC Members pay monthly assessments to operate and sustain the Corporation. Assessments are due on the 1st of each month and can be paid either electronically or by money order/check. All payments are processed through ClickPay, as authorized by SAMLARC’s management company (FirstService Residential). Electronic payments are encouraged; however, Members may still mail paper checks to ClickPay’s processing center.


Whenever possible, SAMLARC welcomes Members to take advantage of digital tools, particularly in regard to assessment payments. ClickPay offers a convenient and secure platform through which assessments may be paid via credit card, debit card, or checking account. Payments can be made one at a time or set up to recur automatically, with either the full value of your assessment (automatically updated) or a fixed amount. Payments are made promptly, reducing the potential for late fees, and Members can relax knowing that their assessments are quickly being put to good use in their community.


To Members who still wish to send paper checks or money orders via postal mail (or use a bank bill-pay service to write and send checks on their behalf), please note that the mailing address has changed. Please update the mailing address to:
