Board of Directors Meeting Highlights: February 22, 2022

The SAMLARC Board of Directors held their monthly meeting on the evening of February 22, 2022. Homeowners may view the Open Session and Executive Session Agendas for the meeting and corresponding Open Session Board Agenda Reports through the Homeowner Portal which can be accessed HERE.

At the Board of Directors meeting of Tuesday, February 22, 2022, the Board took action on the following items:


Honored departing Board Director and Chief Financial Officer Jeff Halbreich for his eight (8) years of service to the SAMLARC Community. Director Halbreich has been a vital influence on the success of SAMLARC’s vision and purpose. The Board wishes him well in his future endeavors.


Presented volunteers from The Bridge Church with a certificate of appreciation for their musical performances and partnership at 2021 SAMLARC events, including the July 4th Star Spangled Spectacular and the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting.


Introduced new SAMLARC staff members Paula Alves (Administrative Assistant), Devin Swanson (Project Coordinator), and Margo Moore (Financial Coordinator).


Approved the Insurance Review Committee’s recommendation to SAMLARC’s insurance policies for the 2022-2023 insurance cycle.
