On-Site SAMLARC Board Meetings

The SAMLARC Board of Directors will resume in-person Board Meetings beginning with the June 22, 2021 Meeting. After more than a year of hosting virtual meetings, each Director looks forward to resuming on-site meetings to serve the Membership. SAMLARC Members are welcome to attend Open Session Board meetings, held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Lago Santa Margarita Beach Club (unless otherwise scheduled). The Board encourages all attendees to follow CDPH guidelines when participating in a SAMLARC Board Meeting.

The agendas for each Board Meeting are available to homeowners through the SAMLARC Resident Portal, accessible at SAMLARC.org/homeowners. SAMLARC Board Meetings include a Homeowners Forum to provide homeowners with the opportunity to address the Board regarding items on the agenda, as well as matters not on the agenda. Prior to the beginning of the Board Meeting, homeowners interested in speaking must fill out a Membership Participation Form and submit it to staff. Alternatively, homeowners may submit written comments to the Board by emailing Tita S. Gervasi, SAMLARC Executive Assistant, at tita.gervasi@fsresidential.com prior to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 22. While Board Members may ask questions, Homeowners Forum is not intended to serve as a two-way dialogue with the Board. The Board President may direct staff to follow up on issues as deemed appropriate.
