SAMLARC’s Policies & Guidelines and Architectural Standards are reviewed and adopted each year. The proposed 2022 Policies & Guidelines and Architectural Standards are available on the Resident Portal, which can be accessed at SAMLARC.org/homeowners for Membership review and comment. The Board will consider Member comments and final revisions before formal adoption of the documents at the January 25, 2022 Board of Directors Meeting.
