Whether you are a new to the community or an original homeowner, SAMLARC is eager to provide Members with excellent services. Though COVID-19 has affected many aspects of our lives, SAMLARC is dedicated to helping Members enjoy the amenities, activities, and homeownership in our distinct community.
In order to support public health as well as the safety of SAMLARC team, the Business Office remains closed to visitors; however, assessment payments and home improvement applications may be dropped off through the office mail slot. The Beach Club Office is open daily 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. to process Gate Access Card applications only. Please visit SAMLARC.org/contact to connect with a SAMLARC team member through phone or email.
Whenever possible, Members are encouraged to take advantage of SAMLARC’s digital resources for convenience, security, and safety. The Connect Resident Portal offers Members the opportunity to download Gate Access Card and Tenant Authorization Forms, submit Home Improvement (Architectural Modification) applications, make assessment payments, and request common area maintenance. The E-Statement Platform provides Members with easily-accessible digital copies of assessment statements, and ClickPay streamlines assessment payments each month.
