The SAMLARC Board of Directors held their monthly meeting on the evening of November 19, 2019. The Open Session Agenda for the meeting and corresponding Open Session Board Agenda Reports can be found HERE.
The Board of Directors took action on the following items during the November 19, 2019 Open Session Meeting:
Approved the SAMLARC Tree and Bench Dedication Program, which provides SAMLARC Members with the opportunity to recognize a loved one, organizations, and accomplishments.
Approved a contract with BrightView Landscape Services and Sunset Landscape Maintenance, Inc. for landscape services to accommodate the previous vendor’s early departure. BrightView and Sunset will begin services in late November 2019.
Approved a contract for architectural design services to propose open-concept designs for a future Altisima Office renovation.
Approved all consent calendar items, including:
Renewal of membership with the RSM Chamber of Commerce to further its partnerships in the community.
Installation of protective crowd barriers at the annual Christmas Tree Lighting to increase event safety.
Renewal of contracts with key professional service providers, including security, janitorial, Lagoon, and lifeguard services.
